Return conditions:

Only goods in stock are subject to exchange.

You can return the purchased goods within 14 days after purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII.

Please note that the mandatory condition for processing a return is the integrity and preservation of the goods and all accompanying elements – labels, tags, labels that were included in the box.

The procedure for returning money for the goods.

After you return the goods, we need some time to confirm the integrity and safety of the goods. Therefore, we refund the money (by money transfer or crediting funds to your personal card)

 

Please note that bags and shoes made to individual orders cannot be exchanged or returned!
