EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF INDIVIDUAL ORDERS:
By placing an order for individual tailoring, you agree that such products are not subject to exchange and return. If the shoes do not fit in size or your product requires further modification, we will adjust or re-sew such a pair/bag. Additional measurements may be required.
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR GOODS IN STOCK:
You can return the purchased product within 14 days after purchase in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII.
Please note that a mandatory condition for processing a return is the integrity and preservation of the product and all accompanying elements - labels, tags, labels that were included in the box.
Procedure for returning money for the product.
After you return the product, we need some time to confirm the integrity and preservation of the product. Therefore, we refund the money (by money transfer or crediting funds) to your personal card.
The costs of sending the goods are borne by the buyer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF CLOTHES:
In the event of a manufacturing defect, with the client's confirmation at the post office, we will make an exchange for you and cover the costs of postal services.
If the size does not suit you, then there is an exchange service (except for white and milky products, and tops) for any color and size, but not the product. The exchange or return period is on the day of receipt of the product, or the next day.
Light items will be inspected with special care, fixing the smell, stains, snags, any signs of wear will cancel the possibility of exchange or return and the product will be returned to the buyer.

The costs of sending the product are borne by the buyer.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards» are not exchangeable or refundable. If the amount of the selected goods is less than the card's face value, the difference is not paid, but remains on the client's balance.
RETURN FOR GOODS SHIPPED ABROAD
The costs of sending the goods are borne by the buyer.
Return of goods shipped outside the territory of Ukraine is not possible.
